Corporate Governance

Centamin is committed to the highest standards of corporate governance.

We have adopted a number of policies to underpin our governance systems and these are regularly reviewed.

Overall responsibility for the governance of Centamin lies with the Board and as a premium listed company on the London Stock Exchange, we are compliant with the UK Corporate Governance Code.

Our Code of Conduct as well as a number of other policies, including our Continuous Disclosure Policy and Securities Trading Policy, support our corporate governance framework.
